David joined the team in September 2021 and has rapidly grown to be a valued member of the helpdesk team. David is currently studying a Certificate IV in IT (Networking) as part of a traineeship with Loyal I.T.
David has had roles as a Level 1 & Level 2 tech with Telstra Bigpond and resolving issues in the complaints department of American Express.
David is a dedicated volunteer for St Vinnies East Gosford retail store and Central Coast Community College's Digital Connect where prior to COVID, he was a mentor running workshops for seniors to learn to use Tablets, iPads and computers.
When not working, David enjoys playing Djembe and African drumming, Latin dancing, going to the cinema and board games. He is also our resident spider wrangler.
