Loyal I.T. Solutions provide professional I.T. services and helpdesk support for computer networks (including workstations, servers, tablets, phones etc.).

Specialising in Small and Medium business, Loyal I.T. Solutions provide sales and support for hardware and software systems, security services (such as antivirus products and virus removal), networking appliances, internet services (including NBN integration support), cloud hosting, Microsoft Office 365 implementations, backup solutions and Helpdesk support.

Here at Loyal I.T. Solutions, our team is our family at work. We put team before self. We reward great effort. We ask for each others' help when we need it and are ready to help when asked. We accept, respect and support each other. We look for opportunities to have fun with each other. We enjoy our work and the time we spend together.

Julie introduced a philosophy into our workplace back in 2005. This is known as the FISH Philosophy.

The FISH philosophy is a set of simple, practical tools to help us create a positive work culture. It's a way to build stronger relationships with each other that equip us to face challenges more effectively. The FISH! Philosophy fulfills the most basic needs of human beings who, in turn, fulfill the needs of Loyal I.T. Solutions more connected teams, better communication, extraordinary service and higher retention.

THE 4 MAIN PRINCIPLES OF THE FISH PHILOSOPHY ARE:

BE THERE
When you are with someone, be it a client or a team member, be present to them. Avoid distractions and listen to what they are communicating to you. Be empathetic.

MAKE THEIR DAY
Always look for ways to go that extra step, to exceed our clients expectations.

PLAY
Have fun with clients and our team members. Make work a fun place to be.

CHOOSE YOUR ATTITUDE
We are all human and we all have bad days. Leave your crap attitude at the door and be the master of your own universe. Choose how your day will pan out.
We both encourage our team to live by this philosophy and reward it.
