Loyal I.T. Solutions is of a team of dedicated experts who are committed to helping our clients with their technology needs. We specialise in the small to medium business market and our services include: supply of I.T. hardware and software from all the industry leading vendors, onsite support, remote support, business hours helpdesk service, an on-call technician for out of hours support needs, cloud solutions including Microsoft 365, hosted Exchange and Sharepoint, data security backup solutions, I.T. planning, system audits, cyber security advice, firewall and VPN solutions, remote work solutions, and preventative maintenance.
Our mission is to assist our clients to achieve their goals, by understanding their business and providing the solutions required. We do this by seeking to understand the individual needs of small to medium enterprises, then working with the talent across our team, to tailor solutions that keep our clients operating at their best capacity. Our technical team offer both onsite and offsite support across the full range of IT services. We operate by a code of honour and we take a great deal of pride in what we do.
We are located on the Central Coast and also service clients in Sydney and Newcastle. Our team consists of 13 full-time employees, including 4 onsite technicians, 3 in-house helpdesk staff, 2 sales executives and 4 administrative support staff. We hold our team accountable to do business by our Code of Honour, which includes values such as Integrity, Excellence, Team and Community.
